around the eyes all over, not jsut under eyes circles, this is different to dark under eye circles, its more like the whole eye area has change colour, its really strange.
its kinda browny,i look like a panda, the rest of my face is pale ish

I get the same this and I don't smoke, but what I do is get those creams that tan your face, but only put it on th skin that isn't darkening. It helps.
Maybe you have a skin melanin condition? See a doctor to get referred to a skin specialist.
That happened to me when I started smoking. Are you a smoker?
