Where do pandas live and why are they extinct?

They live in bamboo forests in China and, therfore, aren't extinct. They're endangered largely due to habitat loss.

Yes, I am pretty sure all Pandas originated from China and as you could imagine China is largely becoming a 100% industrialized country, so all the rainforests are being cut down to make factories.

Bye bye Pandas :(

Panda's can't live if they are extinct. They are very much extant, but are endangered. They live in temperate mountainous bamboo forests of southern China as well as several zoos around the world. The reason they are so endangered is that A) they are rare and there were never that many of them to begin with, B) they lose more and more habitat every year, C) they are hunted for their furs, D) we have not mastered the art of getting the second generation of Pandas to breed in captivity.
They don`t LIVE anywhere!

You said they were EXTINCT!
