How do giant pandas protect themselves in the wild?

They stand up on their hind legs and inspect their claws, making them seem long and sharp-looking. Then, using impeccable English, they compare their claws to knives or daggers, then turn to the other creature and grin to show their large fangs. The other creature will usually stop threatening and run away.

They have claws, teeth, and inertia. Pandas are really heavy animals, even if they are a little slow. I don't think pandas have very many natural preditors in the wild, though, besides humans.

they dont

they just go up into the trees and the bamboo stuff.

kinda just walk away. yannoe?

they're not much of a fighting animal.

dont really have much defense mechanisms either.

saaad little peace animals. =/
They climb up trees, that is there defense mechanism. Even though they are panda "bears" , they are just big cuddle buddies! They are all ways practincing and falling when they are young so that they are prepared when they leave their momma.
they don't have any natural predators, but they are armed with some pretty vicious claws (note: while not used as weapons, they are still very effective as such)
They hire sevret service agents to protect them.
They hypnotize the evil guy with their black and white colours.
they have some sort of poisonous ink that they get from eating pink lambs that they can shoot out of there eyes
when they notice a threat the hit their chests and act fierce they are very similar to mountain gorillas
I don't think pandas have much to worry about. they are big creatures. hope i helped ( claws)
