Okay, I guess if you dont wanna order things online, you should check out the mall or something for a panda charm bracelet/pendent/earings. Now, I'm not saying to go all out gold and stuff, I mean sterling; its cheaper and real. I dont think anything plastic or something that would rust would b a good idea sooo...

I'm pretty sure all girls will love just about anything their guy gets them. How about a stuffed panda; and spray it with your cologne or whatever. That she can sleep with at night. Or maybe a necklace. Trust your insticts, I'm sure she'll appreciate anything that you give her as long as it comes from the heart.
For $30 dollars you can get her a box of chocolate and a bottle of Charlie in the blue box. That's not too big a gift for 3 month anniversary. Get it wrapped though, and if that makes it too much money, forget the chocolate.
Don't buy her anything. 3-month anniversaries are unnecessary. Most teenagers stick to the (1-month, 6-month, and 1 year ) policy. It works, plus you don't want to keep having to come up with a gift for every month your together. Trust me, most girls actually think its kind of obsessive if a boy celebrates every month. it gets boring.
a framed pic of u and her together :)
i nice necklace. i got that for my girlfriend before our 2 month anniversary. and ironically, today is my 3 month annivarsary. haha, it seriously is. good luck finding something, and remember she'll like it no matter what.
I found this cute panda charm for a friend that loves pandas. It's not expensive, and it doesn't seem to over-the-top for a 3-month anniversary.

If you guys have a bunch of pictures, a great option is opting for a photo album with your pics in it, and leave a few pages for the "future" memories you'll make together. She'll love that you spent time making something for her, and left empty pages showing her that you anticipate being with her for the long haul.
If you don't have pics, get her a gift certificate for a manicure (like 15$) and use the rest to treat her to a picnic. (Tell her she deserves a day of pampering...) she'll love the thoughfulness of both - especially putting together a picnic!
