I want to adopt an animal......... advice please?

Hi. I am an animal lover and as such would like to donate a little cash towards the preservation/survival of an endangered species.

I am not intersted in adopting a cutesy thing like a dolphin, a sea otter, a komodo dragon, or indeed a panda. They might look cute, but they really hack me off, they are such messy eaters, spitting their bamboo shoots all over the place. I champion the underdog and would be very interested in adopting something like a three toed sloth, or a warthog.

Could anyone help please and maybe recommend an organisation that I could make a donation to ? Thanks.

If there is a local animal shelter...donate to them......If you think Pandas are messy, maybe any wild one would be messy to you .........Sorry.........
It kinda depends where you live. Good luck!
Rescue societies for abandoned exotic animals such as tigers would be my first recommendation. If that doesn't appeal, try one of the Orang utan rescues.
