Hey guys, I think I'm finally getting out of my teenage syndrome phases! But I'm still confused, I feel as if I'm supposed to be more of an adult than I am but... I'm always very self conscious and stuff, more than a person should, I know this isn't really a question but it would be nice for some advice. :)

I know I'm leaping out of a phase but theres something to it...?ktm
just take a day at a time, and think about the things you currently doing, forget about how old you are and what you think "you should" be doing. it doesn't matter, theirs no right/wrong way to behave, society just makes you think there is! hell i'm acting like a fool all the tme atm and im 21. chill....and have fun, be reckless! ; ' )

Actually, you're right on target! This is how most in their early twenties, or even 18 or 19 years old, are. It's not until around age 25 that you start becoming the "adult" that you're speaking about.
Hey i'm over 50 and i'm still not an adult yet...lol
you dont grow up suddenly one day when you wake, its a very very gradual thing and bit by bit in a way you may not even notice untill you force yourself to look back 5 years or more.
I bet you dont feel any different to how you were last month, but look back in 12 and you'll see abit more of a difference, your still growing and still changing, its a life long thing, we never really grow up.
oh man thats exactly how i feel
just go with it, the other poster is probably right its a new kind of phase and we should ease out of it around 25
