Whats the best eyeliner?

Im sick of my eyeliner either ending up making me look like a panda at the end of the day. or jus crumbling under my eyes if it is a liquid eyeliner.

Anyone know a good pencil eyeliner or liquid ?

maybe you can try revlons colorstay black eyeliner-- its not a pencil so it wont tug and hurt your eyes when the eyeliner runs out-- its a windup one-- stays preety good
I find Bourjois is a great pencil eyeliner. The new Rimmel ones are really good too and dirt cheap.

I find that Maybeline has a very nice smooth writing eyeliner. Starlets use the eyelashes that already have a dark eyeliner on them.
i use avon wet/dry eyeliner and i find it stays on all day without giving you the panda look !
I use shereye and I never end the day like a panda, Don't think that u'll find it cause I bought it in India.

But pencil black is O.K.But can also use those which match the color of your eyes. Confirm with the saleperson if it will make u look like a Panda.
I have tried every single eye liner that exists from the designer ones to ones that you can get at a conveinence store. My favorite, and ive been using this for 2 years now, would be maybelline expert eyes. It comes as a red pencil and the come in two. You have to light them first with a lighter to get them soft and then you blow on it for a few seconds and your good. It the best. Heres a link to show you what they look like:
