I personally use Zonealarm Security Suite 2006. I find it to be the best, in my opinion. It catches more then other programs. And the anti Virus/Spyware is very good. It catches almost everything that other programs use. But, like other programs, it doesnt catch everything. Theres other programs I use to double check it.

I like Zonealarm because I can set the settings super high, and basically control everything, anything that tries to get online, act as a server in trusted and non trusted zones, anything that wants to keylog, change the registry, or be put on the startup list. I prefer Zonalarm Security Suite, but its 40$ (Online if you haggle the price with zonealarm), and its a yearly subscription. But there is a free version that works just fine. You just dont have the all the controls you do with the purchased version.

I used to have Mcafee, but, I didnt like it because it wanted more money every 4 months, even though it was a yearly subscription. And when I deleted it, it took alot of work because it was embedded.
