Which programme is best for a BSC student (45%) GNIIT/MCA?

I have completed my BSC (45%) and continuing GNIIT programme.

Does it suitable me to go in a software track. I think MCA gives me the software track.

Please guide me as soon as possible.

Of course MCA, because MCA is gateway of software industry, GNIIT also quite good, but it's diploma that's y you go for MCA it helps to enhance your career in software.
