If you have the item finder, you can find it by clicking on your poketech while the item finder is up. First, you have to enter this hotel. You fly to pastoria and follow your map to valor lakefront. THere should be a hotel you have to go through to get to this area. Right after you get out of the hotel on the other side, start pressing on your poketech for the suite key. Hope this helpS!
