i have 20 bucks, me and 3 little sisters, and dont know where to go for din-din..

I'd pick the .99 menu at Wendys.
Taco bell, Mc D's, Wendy's, B king. they all are cheap and have $1 menus
Taco Bell is probably the healthiest .... we ate there just last night (2 adults) for $8.00.
Wendy's 99 cent menu. Or Krystals.
Hello there, You can go Sub-Way. They have specials. McDonalds on the $1.00 menu. Or if you like $1.00 chinese food.
Go to Zippies or L%26L diners. There are lots of cheap places, but these give you great choices in Honolulu. Sushi is out of the question, you need thrirty dollars per person for that.
Well I would suggest the Chilis. It has great tasting food that only tastes expensive! It is actually really cheap and tastes great.
Panda express or the like always plenty left over ..
