Why do chinese people say this a lot?

i was reading the back of my cup at panda express, and i noticed that chinese people say "one" a lot when they are talking about other people

for example: "orange chicken is good everyone loves orange chicken, ONE can even call it irresistable."

why dont they just say "SOMEONE"?

Grammatically, "someone" would not be the correct word to use in this example..."one" is.

You and the pronoun "one" are interchangeable sometimes:

Orange chicken is good everyone loves orange chicken, YOU can even call it irresistible.

or....

orange chicken is good everyone loves orange chicken, ONE can even call it irresistible
In this case they aren't talking about one as in the number, but one as in a person.

you could say "a person" in its place most of the time
